This agreement is a legal contract between you and Astrill Accelerator (referred to as the 'Service Provider') regarding downloading, installing, and using the mobile accelerator application (referred to as the 'App').

By downloading or using this App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this agreement. Unauthorized copying, modification, reverse engineering, source-code extraction, text translation, or derivative development of the App or related trademarks is prohibited. Intellectual property rights related to the App belong to the Service Provider. To maintain service quality, we may adjust features, plans, or fees and will notify users in appropriate locations. Users are responsible for device security and account confidentiality. We advise against jailbreaking or rooting devices because those actions may weaken system security and affect App operation.

This Service integrates necessary third-party services (such as Google Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, etc.). During use, you may also be subject to the respective terms of those providers.

Service limitations: the App depends on a stable network environment (Wi-Fi or mobile data). If service is unavailable because of device arrears, data limits, poor signal, or carrier issues, the Service Provider is not responsible for the resulting interruption. Use outside Wi-Fi may incur mobile data charges. If you enable roaming outside your country of origin without a suitable data plan, related fees are your responsibility. Before using the App, confirm that you have permission from the bill payer.

Users are responsible for their own usage behavior. For example, inability to access the service because a device battery is depleted is not covered by compensation. Although we work to provide accurate route and service information, some data may come from third-party partners, and we are not legally responsible for direct or indirect losses arising from such data. To maintain compatibility and security, the App may release updates from time to time, and you agree to download and install the latest version when necessary. The Service Provider reserves the right to terminate App services within a reasonable scope. After termination, your license becomes invalid and you must stop using and delete the App.

Non-Refund Policy: Digital service or software access is considered final once activated, and refund requests are not accepted unless required by law.

Customer Support: If you encounter issues, contact our support team first so we can help troubleshoot accounts, devices, nodes, or network settings.

Technical Issues: Rare technical issues may affect service use, and we will work to resolve them promptly. Troubleshooting does not automatically create a refund right.

Unauthorized Use: Refunds will not be provided if an account, license key, or digital entitlement is shared, resold, or used without authorization.

Policy Changes: We reserve the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon publication on our website.
